Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Boise, ID)

Lumen Fox Insurance is an insurance company in Boise with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 856 people based in Boise. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
