Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Boise, ID)

Redstone Junction Community Partners runs community programmes across Boise. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to grant reporting. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on grant reporting. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
