Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Boise, ID)

Summit Union Legal Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
