Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Amberfield River Housing and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
