Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Birmingham, AL)

Lumen Pike Markets serves neighbourhoods around Birmingham with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
