Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Baltimore, MD)

Rivermark Amber Early Learning is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
