Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Loom Insurance and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 433 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
