Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Austin, TX)

Westbrook Union Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
