Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Austin, TX)

Harborlight Bright Insurance is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
