Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Austin, TX)

Nova Cross Health Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Austin. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to clinic supplies. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
