Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Austin, TX)

Fernwood Meadow Community Partners Group is a Austin charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 563 people based in Austin. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
