Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Austin, TX)

Redstone Keystone Banking Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
