Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Austin, TX)

Bluepeak Loom Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
