Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Hollow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Atlanta, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to collection routes. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
