Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Anchorage, AK)

Summit Haven Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Anchorage. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
