Senior Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (Boston, MA)

Fernwood Junction Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Boston. We are hiring a Senior Quality Inspector to take on incoming inspection. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for billing accounts. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
