Senior Quality Inspector - final inspection (Rochester, NY)

Cedar Beacon Manufacturing Associates manufactures parts and assemblies at its Rochester plant. We are hiring a Senior Quality Inspector to take on final inspection. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for customer orders. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
