Senior Quality Inspector - final inspection (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Des Moines, and we need a Senior Quality Inspector to lead our final inspection. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for seasonal crews. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
