Senior Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Birch Farms and adding a Senior Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be documentation and audits. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for grower contracts. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
