Senior Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (San Antonio, TX)

Cedar Keystone Foods is looking for a Senior Quality Inspector. The job centres on documentation and audits for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for sanitation schedules. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules.
