Senior Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Rochester, NY)

Bright Loom Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Rochester, and we need a Senior Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for regulatory submissions. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
