Senior Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Richmond, VA)

Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Richmond, and we need a Senior Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for equipment calibration. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
