Senior Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (remote)

Cedar Vale Manufacturing Partners makes precision components in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Quality Inspector to take on documentation and audits. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for customer orders. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
