Senior Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (remote)

Ironwood Ridge Medical Group is looking for a Senior Quality Inspector. The job centres on documentation and audits for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for complaint handling. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
