Senior Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (remote)

Amberfield Kestrel Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Austin plant. We are hiring a Senior Quality Inspector to take on documentation and audits. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for bindery work. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
