Senior Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (remote)

Fernwood Kestrel Press is a printer and publisher in Boise serving local and national clients, and we need a Senior Quality Inspector to lead our documentation and audits. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for bindery work. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
