Senior Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Drift Foods Group and adding a Senior Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be documentation and audits. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for allergen controls. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
