Senior Quality Inspector - documentation and audits (Grand Rapids, MI)

Redstone Fern Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Quality Inspector. The job centres on documentation and audits for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for test reports. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
