Senior Quality Inspector - corrective actions (St. Louis, MO)

Amberfield Press produces print and digital publications in St. Louis. We are hiring a Senior Quality Inspector to take on corrective actions. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for customer orders. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
