Senior Quality Inspector - corrective actions (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Nova West Farms Group and adding a Senior Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be corrective actions. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for packing house output. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
