Senior Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Rochester, NY)

Highbridge Pike Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Quality Inspector to take on corrective actions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for billing accounts. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
