Senior Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Rochester, NY)

Amberfield Quarry Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Rochester, and we need a Senior Quality Inspector to lead our corrective actions. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for certifications. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
