Senior Quality Inspector - corrective actions (remote)

Bright Meridian Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Tucson, and we need a Senior Quality Inspector to lead our corrective actions. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for seasonal crews. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
