Senior Quality Inspector - corrective actions (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight West Farms and adding a Senior Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be corrective actions. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for cold storage. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
