Senior Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Kansas City, MO)

Westbrook Meridian Foods Group is looking for a Senior Quality Inspector. The job centres on corrective actions for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for ingredient orders. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
