Senior Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Grand Rapids, MI)

Cedar Timber Auto Group is looking for a Senior Quality Inspector. The job centres on corrective actions for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for warranty claims. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
