Senior Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Grand Rapids, MI)

Lumen Beacon Auto Group is a Grand Rapids company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Quality Inspector to lead our corrective actions. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for customer estimates. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
