Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tulsa, OK)

Silverline Sable Manufacturing Partners manufactures parts and assemblies at its Tulsa plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
