Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Wren Civic Services supports public agencies in Tulsa with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to procurement at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support procurement. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
