Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tulsa, OK)

Clearpath Willow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Tulsa region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
