Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Cross Health and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
