Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tucson, AZ)

Ironwood Loom Property Management looks after rental homes across the Tucson area. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to vendor invoices at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vendor invoices. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
