Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tucson, AZ)

Greenridge Linden Health Group is a healthcare provider in Tucson with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
