Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tucson, AZ)

Clearpath Rook Housing Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
