Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Cross Health provides primary and specialty care in Tucson, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
