Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Willow Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
