Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tucson, AZ)

Amberfield Quill Foods is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 219 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer specifications at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer specifications. • Experience with an ERP system.
