Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Toledo, OH)

Redstone North Markets is a Toledo retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
