Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Toledo, OH)

Rivermark Orchard Freight is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to claims at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
