Summit Meadow Property Management Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 465 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to vendor invoices at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
